Led the successful implementation and rollout of an engineering data management system that significantly improved the efficiency of the design capability for an entire organisation and dramatically improved the quality of their products.

Managed a legacy migration project, which successfully transferred an entire design organisation over to a new generation system whilst maintaining business as usual. The company benefited from no productivity losses during the migration. The company directly attributed this success to the planning and running of the migration project.

Led a project which reversed a failing data management system rollout into a success. The high profile of this project enabled the management team to re-establish full commitment to the programme worldwide. The new system dramatically improved the design performance for the organisation.

Worked on the entire project lifecycle of a complex engineering data management system (spanning 16 years) from its initial conception, through its entire life as a production system and finally to its successful retirement. At its peak, over 400 designers at three separate company locations were using the system for all the company's major products.

Gained a B ENG in Mechanical Engineering and qualified as a Member of the Association for Project Management.
