Partner & Business Consultant with international reputation and close on 40 years experience in the Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics and Utilities industries. Strong IT background. Mainly operates at Board level, primarily on Product Data Management (PDM) and engineering business related assignments. Significant knowledge and experience in the key areas of Configuration Management, New Product Introduction, and Engineering Change Control.

- Over thirty years experience of introducing Product Data Management, engineering applications, and MRPII technologies into a wide variety of manufacturing industries. Held key responsibilities in UK Engineering and Manufacturing companies and has gained international experience in: Germany, America, Israel, Korea, Malaysia, Italy, Canada and Ireland.

- Extensive experience of formulating, developing and implementing business policies, processes and procedures (primarily for engineering) in large multi-national organisations, especially in the areas of Product Configuration Management, New Model Introduction and Engineering Change Control.

- Excellent project management, communication, presentation and report writing skills developed from continuous involvement with people at a variety of levels (in particular Board level) and in many different environments, including presentations at national seminars. Strong interpersonal skills evolved from managing and motivating diverse engineering, client, systems, and international teams.

- Active involvement with University research in systems and methodologies for the configuration, specification and management of large, complex products.

Gained a BSc in Pure Mathematics, qualified as a Chartered Engineer and is Fellow of the British Computer Society.
