The Solass Associates Program (S.A.P.) is a radical initiative that gives our customers one-stop access to some of the most respected expertise in knowledge engineering and enterprise application deployment.

We have brought together individuals who have an outstanding track record in managing, deploying and delivering knowledge programmes and enterprise applications. This synthesis of best practices in multiple technologies is able to bring much-needed relief to those organisations wrestling with the three-dimensional balancing act of establishing a vision for their business, developing the ability to achieve change, and leveraging the inherent strength of the technology and knowledge techniques.

Many leading specialists choose to operate independently. This leaves organisations that are contemplating the deployment of an enterprise application, embarking upon a knowledge programme or who require support services for their existing systems with a difficult decision. Do they risk contracting directly with individuals who have industry proven expertise, but may not be able to work together as a team or ensure contingency for the resource, or use a larger, established company that may have a broader range of skills, but less specific knowledge?

The Solass Associates Program is our response to this dilemma. We have developed a customer-centric management framework that allows industry specialists to remain independent, but deliver their skills to organisations as a seamless, single, Solass team.

Each Associate has an unsurpassed track record in delivering, deploying or supporting knowledge initiatives or enterprise PDM or PLM applications. Their hands-on experience of multiple enterprise applications and numerous customer implementations enables them to deliver experience-based guidance on the most challenging assignments.

Through collaborating and integrating their individual expertise, the Associates are actively engaged in developing a body of knowledge that will become best practice. By leveraging complimentary technologies, the group will be able to develop innovative and effective solutions to the problems and challenges faced by our customers.
